I offer multiple color options for every item. Since each piece is handmade by me, please send me a message with the item and color you want, and I’ll confirm your order details.
Timeline: Orders typically ship/pick up in 1.5–2 weeks, depending on how busy I am (I crochet every piece myself while working a full-time job).

Because all of my items are handmade, each piece is unique and made with care. For that reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color preference changed.

However, I want you to love your order! If there is an issue with the item you received-such as a defect or something that was made incorrectly— please contact me within 7 days of delivery so l can make it right.

• Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or not as described.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

To keep your handmade item looking its best:

• A little dusting or spot cleaning might be all its need from time to time.
• If machine washing becomes necessary, use cold water, gentle detergent, and select the delicate cycle.
• Do not tumble dry, instead, lay flat to air dry to maintain its shape and texture.
• Avoid bleach and dry cleaning, as they may damage the fibers and color.
