Each Twisted Luxury piece is handmade with care using high-quality materials. To keep your item looking its best:
• Spot clean or gently wipe with a damp cloth as needed.
• For deeper cleaning, items may be machine washed on a gentle/delicate cycle using mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach.
• Do not tumble dry. Lay flat or reshape and allow to air dry.
• Do not dry clean.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every item unique.
Most Twisted Luxury items are made to order just for you. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your item to be completed before shipping.
Processing times may vary depending on current order volume and demand.
I work on Twisted Luxury during my available hours outside of my full-time job, so I appreciate your patience and understanding while I create each piece with care.
If you need an item by a specific date, please message me before placing your order and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
Items that are ready to ship will be shipped within 2 business days.
Made-to-order items will ship once completed. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Local pickup and delivery options may be available.
Because each item is handmade specifically for you, custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
